Job Purpose

The role is responsible for driving influencer acquisition, engagement, tertiary sales, and billing growth within the assigned territory. The incumbent will build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, electricians, contractors, and other key influencers, while promoting premium and new products and supporting overall market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Management & Market Development

- Identify, verify, onboard, and engage new electricians, contractors, and other influencers within the assigned territory.
- Develop strong relationships with influencers to drive tertiary sales and billing growth.
- Conduct regular market and site visits as per the defined journey plan.
- Support contractor conversion and promote product usage at project/site level.
- Achieve assigned influencer acquisition, engagement, and billing targets.
- Organize electrician meets, contractor meets, product demonstrations, and engagement activities.
- Create awareness about applicable loyalty and influencer programs.

Retailer Engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
- Work closely with retailers to identify and engage potential influencers.
- Increase retailer participation in influencer and loyalty programs.
- Support the availability, visibility, and placement of premium and new products at retail counters.
- Ensure effective utilization and visibility of promotional and POSM materials.

Sales & Business Development

- Drive tertiary sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Promote the complete product portfolio with a focus on premium and newly launched products.




- Identify new business and market-development opportunities.
- Use marketing collateral, product samples, brochures, and demonstrations to support sales conversion.
- Develop relationships with the local influencer and retailer ecosystem to ensure sustainable business growth.

Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and market initiatives.
- Gather feedback from retailers, electricians, contractors, and customers.
- Share relevant market intelligence and competitor insights with the reporting manager.
- Provide feedback on loyalty programs, product acceptance, and market requirements.

Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of market visits and activities through company-approved systems/applications.
- Ensure adherence to defined KPIs, reporting processes, and journey plans.
- Complete mandatory training programs as per the training calendar.
- Escalate product complaints, market issues, and customer requirements to the concerned manager.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of electrical products, retail sales, and channel management
- Understanding of the electrician, contractor, retailer, and influencer ecosystem
- Good knowledge of the Rajkot market and local geography
- Understanding of tertiary sales and market-development activities
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Valuable negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to conduct regular field and market visits
- Basic reporting and analytical skills
- Comfortable using mobile applications, MS Office, and sales reporting tools
- Result-oriented with good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
