Preferred candidate profile

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, interview feedback, and offer rollouts.
- Negotiate salaries and ensure successful candidate closures.
