IPSAA PRESCHOOL & DAYCARE

The Centre Head will take complete responsibility for one assigned Ipsaa daycare centre, creating a safe, welcoming
space where children feel at home and parents feel confident. Lead daily operations, care quality, the team, admissions
and financial performance.

What You Will Take Care Of :

- Safe children, happy days: Ensure a safe, hygienic and caring workplace, with appropriate supervision, daily
activities and adherence to Ipsaa's childcare standards.
- Daily operations: Manage the centre's schedules, meals, housekeeping, maintenance, supplies and records.
- A caring, confident team: Supervise teachers, caregivers and support staff; manage attendance, rosters, training and
performance.
- Parents who feel heard: Handle parent communication, feedback and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and a
positive experience.
- Welcoming more families: Manage enquiries, centre visits, counselling and follow-ups to increase enrolments and
retain existing families.
- Local outreach: Work with the central growth team on parent referrals, community engagement and promotional
activities around the centre.
- Financial discipline: Monitor fee collections, outstanding payments and centre expenses within the approved budget.
- Reporting:



Share regular updates with the Regional / Operations Head on occupancy, admissions, staffing, collections
and operational issues.

Who We Are Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.

- Qualifications in Education, Child Development, Hospitality or Business Management are welcome.
- Candidates from daycare, preschool, schools, hospitality, healthcare, retail, customer service, admissions or other service operations are encouraged to apply.
- Experience as a centre manager, branch manager, store manager, front office manager, admissions counsellor, parent relations executive or team leader is relevant.
- Prior daycare experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn
childcare operations will be considered.
- Ability to manage a team, daily operations, customer relationships and enquiry follow-ups; confident communication and
problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with admission targets, fee follow-ups and basic Excel or CRM reporting.
- Warm, patient and responsible, with a commitment to child safety and readiness to complete required childcare and safeguarding training.
