Job Summary

We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer L1 to provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues, and maintain hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 desktop and end-user technical support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, printer, and peripheral issues.




- Assist with hardware installation and basic repairs.
- Support Microsoft Office applications and email-related issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity problems.
- Assist with user account and password-related issues in Active Directory.
- Install and update approved software applications.
- Maintain IT asset records and document technical issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the L2 support team.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory is an advantage.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
