Jon Description:

1. Responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery models, and ensuring best practices throughout the SDLC
2. Driving technical design sessions, architect end-to-end solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA resources to align technical choices with business goals.
3. Translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures, and produce detailed technical documentation
4.



Core development responsibilities include designing and implementing complex applications using advanced Apex coding, Visual force Pages , Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce declarative features
5. Overseeing and direct the creation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems by leveraging APIs, web services, and point-to-point integration techniques
6. Assisting in enforcing high code quality standards, optimize for performance and scalability, and uphold Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and continuous process improvement.
