- Vendor Manager will be responsible for developing vendor base for first and last mile operations.
- Onboarding vendors for first and last mile operations (FM-LM)
- Managing payout for vendors at FM-LM
- Conducting regular performance management review meetings with vendors
- Meeting day to day demand for Adhoc vehicle requirement for FM-LM
- Building vendor pipeline to meet demand-supply gap as per business requirement.
- Training vendors cum partners for FMLM operations as per companys process and requirements
- Conducting vendor engagement meetings for improvement and growth
- Identify and onboard partners who will be responsible for First mile pickup and Last mile delivery operations in line with Sales and Operations Planning.
- Follow up in Onboarding of Business Partners to Payment Process of them.
- Monitor Operations and Business performance of business Partner KPIs. Have periodic review and share structural action plan.
- Ensure training of Business partners and their teams on processes, Technology and Customer Service.
- Weekly & Monthly Monitoring of Productivity of BPIs
