- Handling shift operations, by assigning work to operators & contract workers for running lines at desired speed as per production plan.
- Regular co-ordination with maintenance team & operators for required preventive & breakdown maintenance of plant & machinery.
- Tracking of production output & line efficiency, data keeping.
- Manage and motivate the workers, monitoring their performance and attendance.
- ERP entries in Microsoft D365, reporting for shift performance.
- Following & driving GMP & safety protocols in shift.
