Saint Gobain India Pvt Ltd- Insulation Business (Glasswool & Stonewool)
Role Purpose
To drive sales and business growth for Saint-Gobain Insulation by engaging key stakeholders such as Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs, and Contractors, and converting project opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets (volume, value, profitability) in industrial and building segments
- Develop strong relationships with Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs & OEMs to drive product specifications
- Generate, track, and convert a robust project pipeline/inquiry database
- Influence projects at design stage and ensure conversion of specifications to orders
- Provide techno-commercial solutions including thermal/acoustic calculations and energy-saving proposals
- Prepare and close technical and techno-commercial bids independently
- Collaborate with HVAC, PEB, insulation contractors, drywall and roofing partners for system-based solutions
- Drive product differentiation and convert alternative insulation materials to SG solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and market feedback
Key Requirements
- Experience in PEB / HVAC / Process Industry preferred
- Strong network with Architectural & Structural consultant community
- Good career stability
