To maintain the required documentation related to EHS&S; activities, conduct site fire safety tool inspections, coordinate for EHS operations (ETP, RO, Scrubber, waste disposal etc).

Documentation

- Tracking the status of safety and environmental parameters (flow meters, fire protection system, ETP ) energy meters.
- Log sheet tracking and filing the returns on daily basis
- Review the regular checklists and inspect the labs, utility area including Chemical store and gas bank areas

Chemical & Risk management requirements

- Ongoing risk assessments shall be conducted,
Work closely with lab spokes and teams to review and monitor the safety requirements.
- Verify the risk controls, documentation

Work permits

- Monitor the work permit system implementation, closing process from facility team and security on documentation.
- Train vendors and document the permits

Incident / Event action item tracking

- Conduct general follow up on reviewing the action plan effectiveness and ensuring Corrective action plans are implemented

Environmental data management

- work with lab spokes on daily requirements
- Waste management, tracking daily log sheets
- Monitor BMS operations, safety protection systems

EHS&S; Annual calendar event implementation

- Coordinating for awareness programs, organizing EHS&S; events, annual events w.r.t Setting and safety awareness.

Qualifications:

- Approved course in industrial safety
- Certified fire fighter & First aider
- Diploma in fire safety/industrial safety with 5-7 years of experience in EHS function or

Batchelor degree Chemistry/ Environmental science/Safety, 3-5 Years of experience in Environment, Health and safety function

Skills & Competencies

- Contractor EHS induction.
- Fire extinguisher and fire system inspection.
- Permit-to-Work auditing.
- Environmental compliance tracking.
- Incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Hazardous waste management.
- Emergency preparedness and mock drills.
