Manage Payroll for 350 employees and 3500 off-role employees spread across India on vendor payroll.

Coordinate with vendors for off role hiring

Statutory Compliances

Preferred candidate profile

Managed on role as well as off role payroll in excess of 2500

Has Managed multiple vendors for off role salary processing

Has experience of managing hiring of off role associates through vendors
