Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH)
Experience: 1 - 5 Years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
Salary: 25,00040,000 per month + incentives

Job Description

We are looking for Admission Counselors to guide students who want to study abroad. Candidates should have valuable communication skills and an interest in helping students choose the right course and university.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Talk to students who are interested in studying abroad.
- Understand their education, interests, budget, and career goals.
- Explain different countries, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
- Help students with university applications and required documents.
- Guide students with SOPs, LORs, and other admission-related documents.
- Follow up with students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.




- Keep student details and follow-up updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with students and the team during the admission process.
- Achieve monthly targets and help students complete their admission process.
- Participate in student seminars and education events when required.

Requirements

- Any graduate can apply.
- 1–5 years of experience in admission counseling, overseas education, EdTech, or sales.
- Experience in overseas education is preferred.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and student-handling skills.
- Ability to work towards targets.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
