About the Role:
We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead collections for an assigned region. You will manage recovery of overdue payments, guide the field team, and make sure daily collection work runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:

- Manage collection agencies
- Track overdue accounts and bring down delinquency across buckets
- Review daily performance with team members
- Prepare and share MIS reports on collection targets and performance
- Move field cases to other agents based on their performance and workload
- Handle escalations

What We're Looking For:

- At least 4 years of experience in collections, preferably in NBFC or lending




- Experience in NPA or unsecured loan collections
- Positive understanding of the collection process, bucket management and roll rate
- Experience in handling field teams and collection agencies
- Working knowledge of MIS reporting and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and people management skills
- Able to read data, track performance and take action
- Knowledge of RBI compliance and audit reporting is an added advantage

Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
