Job Summary

NoBroker is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Testimonial Executive to manage the collection of customer testimonial videos across its services.

The candidate will connect with customers who have purchased paid services, identify satisfied customers, encourage them to share their experiences through video testimonials, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission, quality checks, and approvals.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and convincing skills, experience in customer engagement or telecalling, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to customers who have purchased paid services across different business categories.
- Identify satisfied customers and encourage them to participate in video testimonials.
- Explain the testimonial process and guide customers on recording and submitting videos.
- Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for video reviews, feedback, and final approvals.
- Ensure submitted testimonials meet the company's brand and quality guidelines.




- Achieve monthly targets for approved customer testimonial videos.
- Maintain and regularly update trackers for customer outreach, responses, follow-ups, submissions, and approvals.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a smooth testimonial collection experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer response rates and testimonial conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, inside sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and encourage participation.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of video recording and content creation.
- Proficiency in maintaining trackers and updating customer interaction records.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in customer engagement, outbound calling, customer feedback collection, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
- Experience in collecting customer reviews, testimonials, or feedback will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work from the office at Sarjapur Road, Bangalore, six days a week.
