About the Role

Onycon Infrastructure is Urgently Hiring 5- 8 YRS Experience Sr mechanical Engineer and Assistant Mechanical Engineer from Construction Background

The role will provide hands-on exposure to Maintainence of Mchineray & Equipments,,Repair of Equipments, Documentation Work like mainting log sheet and reports.

Key Responsibilities

1)Maintainence and Repair:

Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of heavy construction equipment and machinery at the project site.

2)Planing and Monitoeing:

Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.Oversee equipment deployment, utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.

4)Co-ordination:

Coordinate with site teams for machinery availability and operational requirements.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs,



spare parts, and technical support.

5)Supervision and Team Handling:

Supervise mechanics, technicians, operators, and equipment maintenance activities.Monitor equipment performance, maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and service schedules.

6)Procedures:

Ensure compliance with equipment safety standards and maintenance procedures.Ensure optimum utilization and availability of plant and machinery for railway tunnel construction activities.

8)Documentation:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly equipment performance and maintenance reports.

Requirements:

5-8 YRS of Experience in Repair & Maintainence of Euipment from a construction background.

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineer, Diploma / B.E. in Automobile Engineering.

Hands-on experience with heavy construction equipment, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and equipment management.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance, spare parts.

Strong coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work at the Manipur project site.

Education

UG: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineer, Diploma / B.E. in Automobile Engineering
