- nCino Customization: Configure and develop nCino UI frameworks, route groups, term sheet templates, and the document manager.
- Core Salesforce Development: Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Triggers, and Visualforce pages.
- System Integration: Integrate Salesforce/nCino with external core banking systems and data warehouses using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Process Automation: Create complex automated workflows using Salesforce Flow and process builders.
- Release Management: Manage deployments using version control and CI/CD tools (AutoRABIT, GitLab, CLI).
- Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test classes to ensure code coverage and perform unit testing to guarantee secure deployments.
Essential Requirements
- Experience:
Typically 4 to 12 years of total Salesforce experience, with specifically developing on the nCino platform.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the banking industry, specifically loan lifecycles, credit memos, collateral management, and commercial lending.
- Methodology: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum sprint cycles.
