Position: Sales Officer - Business Loans

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate business loan leads through tele-calling and field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business loan products.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Sales or Banking preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills required.

Salary & Benefits:

- Monthly Salary: Up to 18,000
- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to 40,000
