Key Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) organizations.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid leadership experience in construction project delivery and project governance.
- Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in commercial, institutional, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Bhubaneswar, Kanpur, Gwalior, and Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across the Delhi region.
- Supervise project managers and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure timely delivery within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Drive project planning, monitoring, governance, and reporting.
- Manage senior client relationships and project reviews.
- Support technical presentations and business development discussions.
