Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven sales professionals to join our broadband business team. The ideal candidate should have experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, and field sales, preferably in the broadband, telecom, or ISP

- Drive direct sales of broadband and internet connectivity solutions to residential and individual customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, door-to-door sales, local market activities, and customer referrals.
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales, activation, and revenue targets.
- Promote broadband plans, high-speed internet packages,



and value-added services.
- Identify potential customers across residential societies, apartments, local markets, and commercial establishments.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams to ensure timely activation of connections.
- Maintain customer relationships to generate referrals, upgrades, and customer retention.
- Track daily sales activities, lead conversions, and performance reports.
- Candidate Requirements

- 1–10 years of experience in direct sales or field sales.
- Experience in broadband, telecom or ISP.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
