Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the positions of F&B; Trainee, F&B; Associate, and F&B; Executive in the QSR and hospitality industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer service, food and beverage operations, order handling, service quality, hygiene, and smooth day-to-day outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a friendly dining experience.
- Take customer orders, process billing, and handle POS systems.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in food and beverage preparation, counter service, and order packaging as required.
- Ensure proper stock handling, replenishment, and storage.
- Follow company SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support opening and closing activities, including cash counter and outlet housekeeping.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain discipline,



grooming standards, and professional behaviour.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- Freshers can apply for the Trainee position.

Experience:

- F&B; Trainee: Freshers or candidates with limited experience.
- F&B; Associate: 0–2 years of experience in QSR, restaurants, cafs, or hospitality.
- F&B; Executive: 1–3 years of relevant experience in F&B; operations or QSR outlets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer and POS billing knowledge is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
