Roles & Responsibilities Deputy Manager / Manager Civil

- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for civil infrastructure at the plant.
- Ensure timely maintenance, equipment readiness, and availability of civil infrastructure to support uninterrupted plant operations.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, identify recurring issues, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
- Manage AMC renewals, maintenance budgets, and engineering stores inventory.
- Plan and execute civil projects related to recent production lines, capacity expansion, and ETP installations.
- Prepare CAPEX proposals, cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, timelines, and cost effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and reduction of production losses.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO/IMS requirements, ESG guidelines, and applicable safety regulations.
- Lead and develop the civil team to achieve operational and project objectives.
