The company manages the complete product lifecycle from customer and market understanding through product design, sourcing, manufacturing, assembly, validation, installation, and service.

Skills and Attributes

- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and machine assemblies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of measuring tools such as vernier calipers and measuring tapes.
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on in a production workplace.

- Ability to work well with teams.
- Good communication, discipline, and ownership.

Role & responsibilities

The Trainee Production will learn and support the assembly, testing, quality, and dispatch readiness of Zentrons machines and automation systems. The role is intended for enthusiastic mechanical engineering graduates who wish to build hands-on experience in manufacturing, machine assembly, production planning, quality practices, and coordination with cross- functional teams and suppliers.

The trainee will work closely with Production, Mechanical Design, Electronics, Purchase, Quality Assurance, and Service teams to ensure that products are assembled efficiently, meet defined quality requirements, and are ready for customer deployment on time.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship or hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or industrial automation are encouraged to apply.
