- Lead end-to-end global business improvement programs across manufacturing locations.
- Drive breakthrough improvements in OEE, waste, conversion cost, quality and safety
- Work closely with Plant Managers to identify systemic losses and operational bottlenecks
- Facilitate change management and sustainment plans
- Coach plant teams on Lean, Six Sigma and problem-solving methodologies
- Undertake cross-functional and multi-location assignments in Operations, Quality and SCM
- Drive initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma & project management tools
- Deliver measurable outcomes on cost, quality, safety, and delivery
