ARS Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Specialist with robust expertise in ERP Marg software and E-way Bill processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and invoice management.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions
- Handle billing, invoicing, and credit/debit notes in ERP Marg
- Generate and manage E-way Bills as per GST regulations
- Maintain purchase and sales records accurately
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Ensure timely GST filings and compliance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- 35 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of ERP Marg software (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with E-way Bill generation and GST compliance
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
