Key Responsibilities

- Manage purchase orders, including creation, updates, and closure.
- Maintain purchasing data in SAP, including Incoterms, payment terms, and contract updates.
- Support supplier price list updates and part cost breakdown management.
- Prepare RPA files for automated price updates as per SOPs.
- Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and blocked supplier invoices.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, finance, logistics, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations and support process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- SAP ECC Mandatory
- Advanced MS Excel: Formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting.
- MS PowerPoint and reporting skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, finance operations, or data management.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Exposure to RPA, automation, and process improvement.
