Role & responsibilities

Execute packing schedules as per production plan.

Supervise operators and packing staff during the shift.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and packaging equipment.

Verify batch records, packing records, and line clearance activities.

Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Engineering departments.

Investigate and document deviations and non-conformances.

Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Train operators on packing procedures and practices.

Valuable exposure of regulatory audits like EU, USFDA, Russia, Brazil etc
