Job Description: Looking for an experienced Microsoft SQL Server DBA to manage enterprise database environments, production support, performance tuning, security, and database maintenance.

Must-Have Skills:

- SQL Server Installation, Configuration, Patching & Upgrades
- Always On Availability Groups, WSFC & Log Shipping
- Backup, Restore, Recovery & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR)
- Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Indexing & Deadlock Resolution
- SSRS, SSIS & SSAS
- T-SQL, PowerShell & SQL Server Agent
- Database Migration, Security, Monitoring & Production Support

Note: Candidates must have robust hands-on SQL Server DBA experience. .NET Developers or SQL Developers without database administration experience are not suitable.
