- Handle international chat processes with excellent communication skills in English.
- Provide BPO customer service to clients through email, phone, or chat platforms.
- Process domestic and international emails efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in an International Chat Process/BPO Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in handling multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
