- Manage depot operations, including inventory management, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, dispatch, and purchase activities.
- Oversee daily operations of the depot to ensure productive use of resources and meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with sales team to forecast demand and plan accordingly.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers through effective logistics planning.
