Role & responsibilities

- Display ability to assess safety-related risks & drives implementation of procedures to ensure a safe working setting.
- Monitor the manufacturing process area and environmental monitoring standards.
- Demonstrate complete ownership of the end result and outcome of the unit operations.
- Coordinating with the C&I; team to solve the automation-related problems of equipment arising during the processing.
- To run the process through DCS as per the approved recipe in a safe manner.
- Ensure calibration of all automation devices are calibrated and simulated before starting up the new product.
- Ensure the DCS graphics are updated as per approved PFD.
- Ensure PSSR is completed in coordination with Plant and process safety and the C&I; team.




- Authorized to stop any manual or unsafe operations.
- Accountable for the achievement of timely deliveries and quality and safety requirements.
- Accountable for running the process operations in a safe manner through DCS

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with 2+ years of previous experience seeking DCS operations.
- Familiarity with ABB 800xA or Siemens PCS 7, Allen Bradley, Yokogawa
- Good knowledge of S88 batch concepts (control modules, units, phases, and recipes)
- Working knowledge of process field instrumentation
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
