Roles & Responsibilities

- Change strategy and planning: Develop and execute an integrated change management strategy aligned with the project plan, business objectives, implementation milestones, and operational priorities.
- Current state and impact assessment: Understand current processes, user experience, system benefits and improvement needs. Assess impacts across roles, processes, controls, technology, skills and ways of working.
- Stakeholder engagement: Identify key stakeholder groups, assess influence and impact, and build targeted engagement plans. Maintain transparent communication on progress, decisions, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Readiness and adoption: Conduct readiness assessments, define adoption actions and monitor preparedness before and after implementation. Champion the change and promote consistent adoption across teams.
- Communications: Create and deliver clear, audience-specific communication plans and materials covering the case for change, expected benefits, role impacts, timelines and required actions.
- Training and capability building: Support training needs analysis and the design, coordination and delivery of role-based training. Ensure users understand both the new system and the associated processes.
- Process documentation:



Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user guidance, process maps, and supporting materials for the future-state operating model.
- Resistance and risk management: Identify anticipated and persistent resistance, change risks, and adoption barriers. Define mitigation actions, escalate material concerns, and track closure.
- Coaching and change leadership: Coach project teams, people managers and change champions. Equip leaders to reinforce expected behaviors and support employees through the transition.
- Governance and measurement: Define success measures and adoption indicators; track issues, readiness, training completion, user feedback and stabilization progress; provide concise reports to governance forums.
- Operating model support: Contribute to organizational design, role clarity, responsibilities, handoffs and governance required to sustain the current way of working.
