Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Project Planning / Project Controls professionals with hands-on experience in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (MS Project). Candidates should have a strong understanding of project scheduling, planning, progress tracking, and cost control, preferably within the utilities, power transmission, power distribution, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (MS Project).
- Solid knowledge of Project Planning and Project Controls.
- Experience in project scheduling, baseline management, and progress tracking.
- Knowledge of cost management, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office in a US shift.

- PMP Certification
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in Project Planning, Project Controls, or Construction Planning.
- Practical experience using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong preference for candidates with electrical engineering backgrounds and experience in utility or power projects.
- Good analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working from the Bengaluru office in a US shift.
