- Manage commercial vehicle loans, including tractor loans, from origination to recovery.
- Identify delinquent accounts and develop strategies for timely payment or resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve collections efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in commercial vehicle or tractor loan collections.
- Robust understanding of agricultural lending practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
