Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage car loan sales from lead generation to disbursement, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth.

- Identify recent opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, increasing revenue through effective communication with customers.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures while maintaining accurate records of transactions.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to loan processing, collections, or customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in auto finance industry (NBFC) specifically in car loans.

- Strong knowledge of financing options for new cars and used cars.

- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with dealerships and customers.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
