- Manage the closing process for residential sales deals, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all necessary documents are prepared and ready for signing.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential buyers/sellers to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale agreements to achieve optimal outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in real estate industry, preferably in deal closure role.
- Solid understanding of local market trends, regulations, and laws related to property transactions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
