We're looking for a Sales Associate to drive client acquisition for our intellectual property and legal services. You'll work closely with a senior partner: generating and following up on leads, managing client conversations, and making sure no opportunity slips through. It suits someone who is organised, persistent and confident talking to business owners.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and referrals
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into engagements
- Understand client needs (trademarks, patents, copyrights and other IP services) and connect them with the right team
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and track them to closure
- Maintain the lead and client database, and keep follow-ups on schedule
- Support the senior partner with client meetings, scheduling and coordination
- Report weekly on leads, conversions and pipeline status
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development or client servicing; experience selling professional or B2B services is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Confident on the phone and comfortable following up persistently
- Organised, with positive follow-through and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or a CRM tool
- Familiarity with IP or legal services is an advantage but not required
