• Lead Mechanical & Metallography dept. from test request to final report.
• Supervise machining & testing as per ASTM/ISO standard
• Manage ISO/IEC 17025 QC, equipment calibrations & NABL audits
• Review & explicit draft reports for Director's sign-off

Required Candidate profile

•Minimum 5 years of working experience in a materials / metal testing laboratory
•Experience in an NABL (ISO/IEC 17025) accredited laboratory
•Experience in leading a team of engineers and technicians
