About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workfront Lead to drive the administration, governance, and optimization of the Adobe Workfront platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workfront administration, Workfront Fusion, workflow automation, and system integrations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design scalable solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and drive platform adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and govern the Adobe Workfront platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and best practices.
- Configure and manage projects, templates, workflows, custom forms, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations and automation solutions using Workfront Fusion.
- Integrate Workfront with enterprise applications such as Jira and other business systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workfront solutions.
- Drive platform enhancements and process improvements to optimize project management and resource planning.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and documentation for Workfront usage.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Provide training, user support,



and adoption initiatives across teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, workflow, and integration-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion for workflow automation and system integrations.
- Proven experience integrating Workfront with tools such as Jira and other enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of project management workflows, process automation, and platform governance.
- Experience in creating custom forms, templates, reports, dashboards, and user access controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Workfront solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Adobe Workfront certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or enterprise project management environments.
- Knowledge of API integrations and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to digital marketing, PMO, or enterprise project delivery processes.
