The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound leads, sending quotations, and maintaining regular communication with our existing B2B clients to secure repeat orders for PP Strapping Rolls, PET Straps, and Cello Tapes. Key duties include order processing, coordinating with the dispatch team, following up on payments, and maintaining daily calling and sales records in MS Excel or CRM. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business), and 1+ years of experience in telecalling, client servicing, or back-office sales coordination.
