Job Summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across the APAC, Gulf and Middle East regions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, client coordination and negotiation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and achieve timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.

· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.

· Screen candidates based on experience, skills, communication, current and expected salary, and notice period.

· Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.

· Handle client communication and provide timely recruitment updates.

· Negotiate salary packages,



manage offers and ensure successful closures.

· Manage multiple job requirements simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.

· Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

· Support international recruitment requirements across APAC, Gulf and Middle Eastern markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· 4–6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

· Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

· Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.

· Excellent candidate screening, client handling and coordination skills.

· Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within tight deadlines.

· International hiring experience will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits

· Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
