· Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meetings, and review loan applications.
· Build robust client relationships both internally and externally and establish strong brand identification with potential customers.
· Ensure weekly/daily meetings & visit to centre
· A basic understanding of the business Loans model working would be preferred.
· A valid Driving License (DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role.
Skill Requirement: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in field sales, mandatory experience in lending products,
open market sourcing, and small ticket-size business loans.
