Who Should Apply
This role is only for candidates from an academic or admission counselling background who have closed admissions before. If you have counselled students for MBA, PGDM or UG courses and converted them into admissions, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
- Admission Counselling: Counsel students over the phone for MBA/PGDM and UG courses (B.Tech, BBA and more), covering colleges, eligibility, fees and scholarships.
- Lead Conversion: Work on assigned leads, generate new leads, and follow up through calls and WhatsApp until conversion.
- Admission Closure: Guide students through application forms and fee payment until the admission is confirmed.
- College Coordination: Coordinate with partner colleges on applications, campus visits and admission status.
- Targets & CRM: Meet monthly admission targets and update every lead and admission on CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year in education or admission counselling for MBA, PGDM or UG admissions
- Proven record of closing admissions
- Valuable communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with computers; CRM experience preferred (training provided)
- Target-driven and confident on calls
