Job SummaryWe are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecallers to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
- Explain property projects, locations, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Understand customers’ budgets, requirements, and property preferences.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers.




- Schedule meetings and property site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and site-visit targets.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or real estate experience is an advantage.
