Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented and proactive Placement Officer to manage corporate tie-ups, employer relationships, candidate placements, and business development for skill development and NGO projects. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills to generate placement opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop corporate tie-ups and build solid relationships with HR teams and employers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding job openings, candidate requirements, and interviews.
- Generate placement business and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with training centres to ensure placement of skilled candidates.
- Match candidates with suitable job opportunities and support the placement process.
- Maintain placement MIS, employer databases,



and placement reports.
- Follow up with employers to track candidate selection, joining, and placement status.
- Understand and support government skill development projects such as PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NAPS, and state skill development schemes.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or business development.
- Knowledge of government skill development projects will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation.
- Willingness to travel for field visits, employer meetings, and corporate tie-ups.
- Ability to achieve placement and revenue targets.
