About the CompanyAadya Hydro Solution is a manufacturer and supplier of innovative water treatment and hydroponic products for domestic, agricultural, and industrial applications. Our products include Water Conditioners, Scale Remover Water Softeners, Hydroponic Fodder Machines, and Aeroponic Growing Systems.

1. Job ResponsibilitiesCall new leads received from IndiaMART, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and other online platforms.
2. Understand customer requirements and explain the features and benefits of our products.
3. Follow up with prospective customers regularly to convert inquiries into sales.
4. Share product brochures, quotations, installation photos, videos, and customer testimonials through WhatsApp.
5. Handle customer objections related to pricing, product performance, technology, and installation.
6. Maintain daily call records, lead status, customer objections, quotations, and follow-up dates in Google Sheets/Excel or CRM.
7. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer queries.
8. Reconnect with old and inactive leads to generate repeat business and new orders.
9. Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales-conversion targets.

Submit daily reports covering calls made, customers contacted, quotations shared, follow-ups completed, and orders generated.

- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic English communication and computer knowledge.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good follow-up, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Previous telesales or telecalling experience is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Working HoursMonday to Saturday

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

- Salary & IncentivesSalary: As per experience and interview.
- Performance-based incentives on achieving sales targets.
- Training and product knowledge will be provided.
- Performance ExpectationsMake approximately 80–100 calling attempts per working day, depending on lead quality and call duration.
- Complete scheduled follow-ups without missing assigned leads.
- Update every contacted lead in the tracker.
- Generate quotations and convert qualified leads into orders.
- Maintain professional communication with every customer.
