As a Kitchen Associate, your main responsibility is to support daily kitchen operations. This includes keeping your station clean, following food safety rules, helping with basic prep work, and assisting in food preparation while maintaining good quality. You'll also help with sanitisation and hygiene in the kitchen. Packing and dispatch may be done occasionally, only when required.

Working Shift Hours
Candidate must be open to working in break shifts, which run in 2 parts:
Morning: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM || Evening: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety rules.
Do mise-en-place prep and ensure quality before cooking.
Assist in cooking and assembling meals as per standards.
Support in packing & dispatch only when needed.
Keep your station clean and hygienic.
Requirements
Minimum High school(10th) education with basic understanding of cutting and food preparation.
Physically fit and ready for working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Valuable hygiene, discipline, punctual, clean shaved and willingness to learn.
