Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Location: Butibori MIDC, Nagpur, Maharashtra

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with courier services, transporters, and delivery partners.
- Prepare invoices, dispatch challans, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock registers, and delivery tracking details.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production, sales, and accounts departments.
- Supervise and manage the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and safe handling of products.
- Monitor pending orders, delivery status, and returned shipments.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and efficiency within the team.




- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Good team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Good behaviour, a positive attitude, and skilled conduct.
- Responsible, punctual, honest, and well-organized.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and billing software.
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
