- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads through calling and follow up with interested customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Follow up with customers regularly to support conversions.
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/team members when required.
- Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecalling Executive or in a similar role.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Surat location.
