Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.

Explain company services and healthcare/diagnostic products.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Follow up with existing and prospective customers.

Maintain daily call records and customer databases.

Generate leads and support business development activities.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.

Achieve daily calling targets and assigned performance goals.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely information.

Required Skills





Excellent verbal communication skills.

Positive communication English & Hindi preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work in a team and meet targets.

Medical, diagnostic, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
