Pre-commissioning checks: pressure parts, refractory, piping, valves, mountings and accessories

Hydrotest, safety valve setting, boil-out, steam blowing and trial runs

Commissioning of boiler auxiliaries: feed pumps, ID/FD fans, fuel feeding systems, ash handling, economiser

Commissioning of steam header, accumulators, PRS and ring main

Coordinate with IBR inspector, customer's plant team and in-house fabrication team

Punch-list closure, handover documents and commissioning reports

Train customer's operators on secure start-up, shutdown and daily operation

Travel to client sites.
