We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive with experience in Personal Loans to generate leads, engage customers over calls, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Personal Loan products
- Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly sales targets
- Verify customer details and coordinate with the credit/operations team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system
- Address customer queries and provide end-to-end assistance till loan disbursement
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales (Personal Loans preferred)
- Valuable communication and convincing skills in Hindi/English (regional language a plus)
- Knowledge of Personal Loan processes and documentation
- Target-oriented with the ability to handle rejection positively
